1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Tracklio app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Description of service
Tracklio provides PCN alerts, Clean Air Zone guidance, parking finder, MOT & insurance tracking, and fuel price information for informational purposes.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate account and vehicle information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
4. Vehicle data accuracy
Zone, MOT and PCN information is provided based on data from DVSA, DVLA and partner councils, and is provided on an ‘as is’ basis.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, including submitting false vehicle information or attempting to access other users’ accounts.
6. In-app payments
Where you choose to pay a PCN or book an MOT through the app, payment terms and any applicable fees will be shown before you confirm.
7. Third-party services
Some features rely on third-party services, including DVSA, DVLA, council PCN systems, and garage partners. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data.
8. Limitation of liability
Tracklio is a notification and information tool. It does not replace your legal obligation to check official correspondence and pay fines on time.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
